How Do I Repair An Anti Lock Brake System That Activates At Less Than 5 Mph?

My 2006 SIlverado 2500HD antilock brakes will activate as I slow down to lsee than 5 miles per hour on dry pavement. What is wrong and how do I repair it?

You have a bad wheel speed sensor which may/may not have set an ABS code.

First of all you need to be able to scan ABS data and watch the wheel speeds at each wheel. You will probably see one wheel speed drop off or spike when you get down below 5 mph.
