Fuel Filling Problem Has Me Stumped.

when i put fuel i my truck at any kid of high speed pump it will emit a high pitch squeel and the blowback a considerable amount of fuel. i have had the lines checked twice at reputable facilities and still have to deal with this issue. any reasonable ideas will help.
