Follow your power steering hoses to your steering pump and disconnect and use a container to catch fluid, you can also loosen hoses at pump and put towel over hole and blow out line to get all fluid out, make sure when you blow , the other end is secure and fluid doesn't go every where, good to have another person helping. Here's a link on how to bleed.

Any brand of power steering fluid is fine. I usually top mine off with ATF as it will substitute with no problem.
