Supercharging Limits On 5.3

Have 2004 Chevy Tahoe Joe Gibbs Performsnce Edition with 5.3 supercharged engine.Stock boost is 5.5.With 133000 miles , the supercharger is being overhauled and boost raised to 9.6 psi boost level.This raises horsepower from 395 to 519 and torque from 425lbft to 4490lbft.Max rpm will be reduced to 5500 red line.Is the stock 5.3 strong enough to survive as long as rpm level does not go over 5500? The Ford 5.4 that is supercharged in the Cobra is running 600hp +
