My 04 Malibu Classic Won't Start 2.2eco

i put a after market fuel pump an filter crankshaft sensor battery spark plugs intakegasket took the fuel injecters out cleaned them there like new changed fuses just cranks almost starts sometimes HELP an one more thing were is the egr valve
