What Is Causing My Brakes To Jerk On My Chevrolet Colorado Truck 2004

They jerk up and down sometimes whenever I apply the brakes

I believe from your description your ABS may be activating when you aren't in a hard braking situation. If that's the case I suggest you get it to a local shop & have them checked.
