How To Drain The Fuel From Fuel Tank?

I need to replace my fuel pump, but before I can do that I need to drain my fuel tank, and I have a full tank.  What is the best way to do this? I already tried using a siphon but the hose only reaches a certain part and won't go any further down.  Is there a drain plug in the tank, if so where? Thanks!
