Pass Side Window Goes Up, But Not Down.

My nieghbor has developed a problem with his pass side window on his 2003 Chevy Ventura. It always goes up but now wont go down. So, I am looking to help him. any ideas would be helpfull. So far he has changed the switch in the drivers side door. and checked the relays. said they were good.

Hi there. The window switch is bad. You can eliminate it being the window motor or regulator as the window will go up. Replace the window switch and this should take care of your problem.
