No Power To Fuel Pump

I have power to the relay on both control pin and comtactor pin turn the key.l Relay does not activate. Bench test shows relay working well. Is there something downstream from realy that needs to be completed/ took 112 volt from from input to relay and ram other contact pin to grounbd and relay worked as well. Thanks for your help.
