2002 Chevy Cavalier Red Door Base 2.2 Engine

My passenger side headlight went out, so I replaced the bulb. That didn't work.  I noticed though that it lit up very dim almost like a fog light.  Just not enough to illuminate the entire headlamp. I have ideas like the ground wire or the attatchment or the wiring.  Nothing has been attempted yet. All my other lights all work just fine.  The headlight that doesn't work causes my day lights not to come on and when my night time lights are on, the passenger side high beam light does not come on.
