No Dash Lights Or Tail Lights At Night
no dash lights or taillights on 2000 chevy impala replaced 15 amp fuse got tail lights but no dash lights.

If you have a multimeter or test light, use it at the rear tail light housing to make sure you have voltage on the brown wire when the lights are on.
You have turn signals and brake lights? If you don't, then it is likely bad grounds. Even though you have cleaned them, run a wire from the negative battery terminal straight back to the tail light housing and connect it to the ground on the housing - to test the tail light grounds. You can use a pair of jumper cables if you don't have wire long enough.
Running lights and dash lights are connected on the same circuit. If you also have no overhead lights, then you probably have blown a fuse.
