Turn Signal, Interior Lights & Exterior Lights Excluding Headlamps

The left turn signal on the dash remains on. ALL of the lights inside & out (excluding the headlamps) flash very rapidly. When I turn on the headlights, all the lights quit flashing but the left turn signall on the dash remains on. I have my own light show.  Ideas?

You may have a couple blown fuses on this car. But also remember the are computer control as well, so it could go either way. Bring it to a shop that specializes on electrical repair for auto. But don't mention anything that I told you. Cause they usually charge for that even dough that's no what it is.
