(service Engine Soon Light) Came On,today

Vehicles has 184000 miles. Im the new owner of two months.Have change oil and added two new tires. Gauges seem fine, no changes  since buying vehicle. Took out fuse to door locks. Left door lock kept jamming. Vehicle has no leaks, very clean underneath of engine. Vehicle runs great no change since buying it. Fuel gauge bounces around at a quarter of a tank. But seems fine when almost full. Not familiar with these
