Turn Signals And Hazards Not Working After Rainfall

My turn signals and hazards stopped lighting up after rainfall this morning. Now they will light up but stay on instead of blinking. What could be the cause of this problem?

It means water might have entered the circuit breaker that control the signals. but refer here for what to do: http://www.auto-repair-help.com/auto_diagnostics/diagnose_the_turn_signals_dont_work_or_dont_work_properly.php
