Reseting Brake Aux Warning Light

My 99 Chevy Lumina was stored for over 6 and the battery had gone completely dead. When we recharged the battery the ABAS waring light came on a stayed on. Does it need to be reset from the battery being discharged a long time and how is that done. Thanks, RFY
