Ac Control Knobs

lookinging for part # 02-07307-90252-3001CE96946. I ordered the control knobs on eBay July7, 2021. They were suppose to be shipped. I have not received them and cannot find them on eBay now to contact the seller. They have already been paid for the day I ordered them. I need to know where they are. They have not kept in contact with me
