Fuel System
WONT START UNLESS I PRIME FIRST. THEN IT STOPS WHEN FUEL FUNS OUT.

Not a fuel problem. Probably your vehicle anti-theft system (VATS) acting up. The resistor chip in the key may be defective or dirty. When the key is placed in the ignition, the resistor chip completes the VATS circuit so your car will start. If it doesn't complete the circuit, it will shut down the fuel pump. That is why you can start it by priming it, but can't keep it running.
Here's the solution. First, try wiping off your key with a cloth. If it's just dirty, the car will start. If it doesn't start, try your spare key. If you do not have a spare key, have one made. The problem has got to be the resistor in the key.
