96 Chevy Cavalier

the timing chain broke so we changed it and also the spark plugs and wires as well.. It's still miss firing.. Also the check engine light is blinking. What should I do..

The coil pack is most likely faulty (have it tested), misfiring is causing the check engine light and this is likely cause by raw fuel being dumped into the exhaust.
