Just Bought 1994 Silverado C/k1500 4x4 Model#k10753 And We Need A Owner's Manual
Where do we get one. How do we know if truck originally came with keyless entry. Door lock does not work - key that dealer gave us does not open door. Any ideas??

You can find just about anything on eBay and owner's manuals are no different. If you can't find an owner's manual on eBay, try an auto parts store or a dealer. if they don't have them, they would be happy to direct you to a company that does. On a vehicle of that year, it is highly unlikely that you have keyless entry, but if you do, there will be buttons with numbers on the outside of your vehicle where you would enter a code. If the key does not work that the dealer gave you, ask them to get you one made. It is their responsibility to give you a key that works for your vehicle.
