How To Determine If Starter Is Bad On 1993 Subur Ban

easy test! remove your starter, and use battery cables from a well charged car battery to your starter. pos(+) to pos(+) neg(-) to starter body (NOT NEGATIVE CABLE POST) and take a screwdriver and touch both the pos(+) and neg(-) cable post on the starter. If the gears in the starter housing spins your starter is fine.
