Upgrade Our Cable Tv
we have the option to upgrade our cable TV package using our remote control. I have upgraded our cable service to the Silver package. The message on our TV said the order is processing and while I wait for it to complete, I change the channel, when I turn it to the channel in the Silver package, the message says, we don't currently subscribe to the package. I did it twice now with no luck
