Unexplained Payment Put On Mastercard.
We were on the celebrity millenium cruise in Alsaka 22nd-29th July. We were charged $615.00 AUD on our mastercard on the 22nd June but have no explanation as to what this is for as it was a month BEFORE the cruise. Can you explain? The travel agent said it was money put "on hold" by Celebrity pre cruise, and should not have been charged...is this correct? The entire cruise had been paid for many months before this through the travel agent so why an extra separate charge? Can someone please explain?
