What I would suggest you do is to contact both Royal Caribbean either by phone or my regular mail.
This is the address for the Human Resources Dept at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd:
1050 Caribbean Way, Office 125-B, Miami, FL 33132 Their switchboard is: 1-305-539-6000 you will need to ask to be transferred to an extension where they can help you locate an employee or forward a message to her. Do explain her position.
If you call, you can also inquire if they will provide an office email address so that you can send them an email which they in turn could forward or print and forward to her.
Another set of addresses and phone numbers is for Celebrity Cruises, Inc in the same location, of course.
