Troubleshooting Wk-3000 Casio

keyboard turns on - no matter what key or button I push...no sound comes out! Help!

The following steps are for factory reset, may be it might help

1. Press the Transpose/Function button
2. Cursor down 3 times to “Init Mix”
3. Cursor right to “Init Sys”
4. Press Yes twice
5. When it says “Please Wait”, don’t press any keys
6. After that, press Exit once and it’s ready to go
