My Cash Register
my cash register is a Casio PCR-t265 and one day when i turned it on it beeped and said E10 then it wont let me do anything on it and i can it buttons but it wont like my open it unless i use the back of it so i need to now how to fix it

It means there is a paper problem, or the printer is not closed properly.
