Where Is The Refund Key On The Register?

Iam trying to void out a transaction that I put in incorrectly.  I do not see a void button I was told that I could do a refund. But I do not know where is the refund buttom.

You are supposed to press the ERRCORR button as soon as you make the mistake. This will remove the last item. If you carry on to the end of the sale, you need to refund instead. You turn the key to RF mode and enter the sale exactly as you did the first time. This will reverse the sale and remove the items from the daily report. DONT FORGET to turn the key back to REG when finished or you will make negative sales for the rest of the day.
