Won't Allow Cash Out For Exact Change Amount Over Subtotal.
Subtotal is 10.38, you can cash out $20 but not $20.38. receive error _ no #.
Someone's total is 10.38 and they had the cashier 15.50 it won't ring out. 15 will but not 15.50
