Documentation For Cruise
Can I use a certiified birth certificate from the city of Worcester for documentation or does it have to be from vital statistics

A certified copy of a birth certificate is just that. Oddly enough there is no consistency across the country - the world - if the city of Worcester is the government body charged with recording your birth certificate, they are the 'Bureau of Vital Statistics'.
Just remember you need the raised seal document and not a photocopy.
