I Completely Forgot All Of My Details. I Even Cannot Answer Retrieval Questions

its been a month since i kept on trying to retrieve my details on my carnival payroll jp morgan debit card. calls, emails etc... last week, mr. Alvin Carlos responded 1day after i posted my email concern. i replied & since then there was no respond at all. our ship is in a status of total renovation. all the communication is down. i have to run outside to place this email to your good office. my family needs me to send money back home very badly. whose gonna help me here????? i just need to retrieve my username & password in order for me to transfer money to my wifes access card.
