Power Shot A3300 Is Will Not Transfering Pictures To Computer.

I have a Power shot A3300 IS and have been regurlarly transferring pictures to my computer. Yesterday I transferred about 200 pictures off. Today it will not recognize the computer when I plug it in to transfer pictures. The cords are secure I plugged the cord into the camera then into the computer and turned the camera on. I also tried puting it on view pictures but that did not help the situation of communiation between the camera/computer. Could it have lost it's drivers? I looked up the manual on line and tried going into the device manager to see if the computer was recoginizing it as "other device" but it was not there. Any other suggestions? Is the driver available on line?F
