Turn Off Color Printing Of Documents

I don't want documents to print in color, only photos, of course. How can I turn this off? Canon has an Eco Friendly setting, but nothing about saving ink, only paper. It'a too expensive to print color every time I want to send a document from the internet, and ALL internet pages have color!
