We Have A Canon Mx870 Printer & Do Not Seem Able To Scan Items.
Please advise how to get the scan process working

Greetings - On the webpage linked to below are both User Manuals and the Driver & Software bundle which is necessary to install for the scan to work (normally comes on a disc together with the printer).
