Canon Mx712 Colors Won't Print

Reloaded ink and now colors won't print. Only black and white outlines are printing. What has been selected/or deselected? Double checked ink cartridges. HELP!

Your Canon PIXMA MX712 printer may be setup to print only in black and white. You have to disable this settings to get back in printing both colored and black again. To do this, please follow the steps provided below.

1. Click Start/Windows logo

2. Click the Control Panel

3. Click Printers and Other Hardware

4. Click Printers and Faxes

5. Locate the name of your Canon printer

6. Right Click the printer icon

7. Click the Printing Preferences

8. Disable the Print in Gray Scale settings/options
