My Canon Pixma Mx472 Went Off Line And I Haven't Been Able To Print Since
my printer has gone off line. its a canon pixma mx472 i print from my surface tablet..its always worked..not sure how its gone off line..ive removed the printer..now i cant wven seem to add the device back

I suggest you reinstall your printer driver software, it's possible the driver is corrupted.
