We Canno Find The Ink Cartridge Lock On My Mx472

We Just Recieved My Canon Printer Mx472 Series And There Is No Cartridge Lock..where Is It?

Canon's Support Website for your model has very helpful information, including videos. I suggest you watch the following which shows where you can access the ink cartridge lock (within the first 30 seconds)

return the printer to the shop where you bought it from. when you recieve a new printer it must be a complete package.
