Pixma Mx452 Doesn't Recognize Cartridges
I just installed new cartriges in my pixma mx452, but I get an error code 1401. Doesn't recognize the cartridges.

You're right; error 1401 is that the cartridge is not installed. You need to reinstall it so that it's correctly seated or replace it.
