Paper Jam

I'm having trouble clearing a paper jam. The printer took several pages and I cannot figure out how to clear the jam

I was having the same problem. Make sure all the packing tape has been removed. Look at your printer from the back. There's an orange piece of packing tape on the rear access door. It's recessed under so look carefully. Once I removed it I was in business. Hope it helps.

If you open the panel directly above where the printed paper comes back out you should be able to pull out the jammed paper. My printer actually pulled in 20 sheets and I was able to remove them and clear the jam. (I unplugged my printer first just to be on the safe side.)
