Fax Confirmation Reports

I have started purchasing Rapid Refill Ink cartridges. The rapid refill cartridges do not reset sensor to tell machine that the black ink cartridge has been replaced or refilled. When the black ink is low the machine stops printing the fax confirmation reports everytime I send a fax. That is my only trouble at this time. The Rapid Refill cartridges seem to be working fine other than that. Is there a way to tell the machine to bypass that and print them anyway ????
