Your question isn't clear, if you are referring to a fuser, this printer doesn'y have a fuser. it uses print head & ink cartridges, insted of a fuser & toner. Go to page 54 for the maintenace section of the manual.

Mp970 Prints 2/3 Page Then Msg 'service Error 5100'. Turn Off & On But Not Fixed
