Nozzle Check

I would like to find/see the default print of the nozzle check printout. I have an issue with printing quality which appears to be nozzle related but it can be a printing head problem. I’ve been all over the net but cannot find it.  As well how do I clean/wash printing head, what solution to use to dissolve inks?
