Calculation Errors
From day one, there were times I needed to re input the numbers ie .19 x $85,984.76 is not $22,633.55 not sure why this happens other than the machine is defective

The previous answer is certainly correct as far as it goes. If it's within the merchant's return period, you should return the item to the merchant. Otherwise Canon's warranty would likely kick in--call 800-828-4040.

Hi. If you are certain that you have only operated the calculator as per the manual but received inconsistent results, then it may be best to return it for an exchange.
