2005 Cadillac Sts Won't Start
Replaced the battery and when trying to start, all power goes off. Do not hear a click noise or nothing when trying to start.

Corroded battery cable clamps or screws? A poor connection to the battery would cause the symptom you are describing. Clean the battery cable ends with a wire brush. When you put them back on the battery, make sure they are very tight.
If that doesn't help, could be that the fusible link in the battery cable has melted. Check the whole length of the battery cables and look for a burned or melted spot. If you find one, you will have to cut out that fusible link and replace it with a new one.
