Hello ma'am !
since your car has crossed it gaurentee period, there is good possiblity of problems as such to occur. In this case the problem is with the power motor.
when you close the doors of the car the pressure results in the pop of the moon roof. the motor could be slightly dislocated of it could be a problem with the gasket that makes the car weather proof.
please make the mentioned replacements and your call will do fine again.

please accept my answer if it helpd you in any way
thank you very much

good day :) !
