Left Head Light Low Beam Out

The left head lamp on our 2002 esclade is out. The socket was quite burned as well as the light bulb. I have replaced both and checked the under hood fuse which is good. I have now power from the under hood fuse box to the left headlamp plug. I do have power at the fuse block though, right side is working normal. anyone help here ?
