How To Find The Correct Actuator For The Heater Door That Selects Which Vents

Heater blending door actuator is defective. Where can I find a replacement. The door determines wheather the air comes out of the dash vents or the floor. I tried to have a dealer replace the actuator but they were unable to find the correct actuator.
