At Times My 1999 Cadillac Catera Horn Wont Shut Off In Sync With All Lights
At times my 1999 Cadillac Catera horn wont shut off in sync with all lights and I cannot shut it off. After 30 it stops on it's own. Very annoying driving when it happens. How can I fix this issue?
