Speedometer Not Working On 2004 Buick Limited.

The heads up display works fine. The speedometer needle was acting up for some time. It would show a 100 mph when driving 60. After a few starts and stops it would work normal again. Now the needle is pinned at 6:00 o'clock. No lights have come on and no other problems.
