Buick Terraza Wont Start...

I've had my 06 Terraza for about 3 1/2 years now. When I first got it I had problems with it starting, it would intermittantly not start... I took it back to the dealership and after having it a month they returned it to me with no repair stating they could not replicate the problem. That day my van wouldnt start again, so I immediately returned it. After 3 weeks with it, they figured out some switch running from the transmission to the starter was bad, and I havent had issues with it starting again until recently. Well my tranny seems to slip in 3rd gear, and its getting increasingly worse. Yesterday I drove it to the gas station, and when I wnt to start it, it wouldnt Start. When turning the key into ignition, it doesnt even click like it has a dead battery, all lights, power windows, radio, etc are working, so I dont believe it is the battery. I made sure it was in park, and wouldnt start, took it out of park and put it back in, still no start. No start in neutral either... Please help?
