Rear Wiper Motor

2005 buick tezzar rear wiper motor fan doesn't run, drivers side signnal light bulb and fuse burned out at the same time...that is now functional but the rear wiper motor still not working..any suggestions, and/or how do you locate the motor or the fuse for it. thanks
