The cigarette lighter fuse on your 2003 Buick Regal is located in the interior fuse box. The fuse box is located under the dashboard, on the driver's side. To access the fuse box, you will need to remove the fuse panel cover. The fuse panel cover is held in place by a few screws. Once you have removed the fuse panel cover, you will see a diagram of the fuse box. The cigarette lighter fuse is labeled "LTR" or "20A".

Here are the steps on how to find the cigarette lighter fuse on your 2003 Buick Regal:

Open the driver's side door of your car.

Locate the fuse panel cover. It is a rectangular panel that is located below the dashboard, on the driver's side.

Remove the fuse panel cover. The fuse panel cover is held in place by a few screws.

Find the fuse labeled "LTR" or "20A". This is the cigarette lighter fuse.

If the cigarette lighter fuse is blown, you will need to replace it. You can buy a replacement fuse at most auto parts stores. To replace the fuse, simply remove the old fuse and insert the new fuse. Make sure that the new fuse is the same amperage as the old fuse.

Once you have replaced the fuse, you should be able to use the cigarette lighter again. If the cigarette lighter still does not work, there may be another problem with the cigarette lighter itself. In this case, you will need to take your car to a mechanic to have the cigarette lighter repaired.

The location of the cigarette lighter fuse in a 2003 Buick Regal may vary slightly depending on the specific model and trim level of your vehicle. However, I can provide you with a general idea of where to look for it. First, locate the fuse panel in your Buick Regal. In most Buick Regals, the fuse panel is located on the passenger side of the vehicle, either under the glove box or under the dashboard. Once you have located the fuse panel, open it. Inside, you should find a diagram or chart that labels each fuse and its corresponding function. Look for a fuse labeled "CIG" or "CIGAR" (short for cigarette) or something similar. This is likely the fuse that controls the cigarette lighter or power outlet. Using the fuse diagram, identify the specific fuse and check if it has blown. If the metal strip inside the fuse is broken or melted, it needs to be replaced with a new fuse of the same amperage rating.
